Meet the Board

Our board combines deep Sedona roots with expertise in architecture, development, business, arts, and community activism. We're volunteers united by a shared belief: Sedona deserves both workforce housing and a thriving cultural scene.

John Bradshaw

President

Born and raised in Sedona, John Bradshaw is the son of rancher and photographer Bob Bradshaw and has carried forward his family's spirit of entrepreneurship and community service. With more than two decades of operational and management experience, John has successfully led businesses including Sedona Photo Express, Bradshaw Color Studios, A Day in the West Jeep Tours, Rainbow Adventures, and Alcantara Vineyard and Winery. Elected to the Sedona City Council in 2004 and 2008, he later served as Vice Mayor and remains active in Rotary of the Red Rocks, Sedona 30, and the Sedona Chamber of Commerce. His passion for Sedona's history and community drives his commitment to the Cultural Park.

Holly Anderson

Vice President

Holly Anderson brings over 30 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, and digital media to the restoration of the Amphitheater.  A former Vice President at Eventful, Inc. and later CBS, she led award-winning marketing campaigns for music artists, films, and television shows, delivering cutting-edge digital marketing and advertising strategies for high-profile entertainment clients. With deep expertise in audience engagement and brand development, Holly is committed to re-establishing the Cultural Park as a thriving hub for Sedona and the Verde Valley.

Herb Tiffany

Treasurer

Herb Tiffany, a native Arizonan, is President of Tiffany Construction Company, the longest-tenured family-owned construction company in Arizona, established in 1925, with offices in Phoenix and the Verde Valley. Herb brings decades of construction and business leadership experience to the board, supporting projects that honor community values and sustainable development. He lives in Cornville with his wife, JoAnne, and their dog, Outlaw. Herb's deep roots in Arizona and commitment to building with integrity guide his contributions to Sedona Cultural Park 2.0 and its mission to preserve and revitalize this treasured community space.

Chris Ford

Secretary

Chris Ford is a visionary technologist and media innovator whose work has shaped the global movie visual effects and immersive media industries. As former Business Director at Pixar Animation Studios, he led the growth of RenderMan, the Academy Award-winning software behind more than 70% of Hollywood feature films, contributing to 21 consecutive Oscars for visual effects. His career also includes leadership roles at Roblox, Autodesk, Prezi, and Silicon Graphics, where he helped launch Maya, now the industry standard for CGI in film, gaming, and visualization. A three-time Sci-Tech Academy Award winner, Chris serves on the advisory board of Lowell Observatory and previously led the Astronomical Society of the Pacific. He now brings his expertise in media, technology, and immersive experiences to advance cultural programming at Sedona Cultural Park 2.0.

Daniel Jensvold

Board Member
Original Architect of the Sedona Cultural Park

Daniel Jensvold, an award-winning architect and graduate of the ASU College of Architecture, was one of the visionary planners behind the original Sedona Cultural Park. He has designed many of Sedona's most recognized buildings, including the Cultural Park Amphitheater, Sedona Station, Old Marketplace, Yavapai College, the Creative Life Center, Alma de Sedona, Kayenta Pueblo, and numerous private residences. Known for designs that harmonize with Sedona's natural landscape, his work has been celebrated nationally, including a recent feature in The Week Magazine highlighting one of Arizona's most picturesque homes. Daniel's enduring vision and dedication to place are central to the revitalization of the Sedona Cultural Park.

Jennifer May

Board Member

Jennifer May, a proud Arizona native, is a visionary entrepreneur whose career spans esthetics, reclaimed wood furniture, graphic solutions, and hospitality. After raising three children, she partnered with her father, Sister Colleen TeBrake, and son Jesse Reeves to launch Ambiente Red Rocks, a boutique hotel that opened in February 2023 to widespread acclaim after six years of design and development. She and her family are now creating a second property, Ambiente Creekside. Jennifer's tenacity, creativity, and deep connection to the Verde Valley fuel her passion for restoring the Sedona Cultural Park as a place where community, culture, and nature come together.

Joetta Winter

Board Member

Joetta Winter, a Southern California native, has called Sedona home for the past five years. She brings 34 years of real estate experience in California and Arizona, along with a passion for designing and renovating homes. Joetta has served on several real estate association boards and committees, demonstrating her commitment to professional leadership and community engagement. Alongside her husband, a real estate broker and artist, she enjoys supporting clients and friends in their home projects. An active community member, Joetta is involved in local politics, Rotary, and enjoys entertaining and playing pickleball. Her dedication to Sedona's cultural and civic life inspires her work with Sedona Cultural Park 2.0.
